AITALK warrants that the product is free from defects in both material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations that are set forth below. AITALK will, at it’s option, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by AITALK on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to a brand new one.
This warranty dose not cover any damage to this product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

1 year limited waranty for all AITALK products

IN NO EVENT WILL AITALK BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF A AITALK PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE AN AITALK PRODUCT, EVEN IF AITALK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
